Eligible orders of $49 or more may receive free shipping.

Different products in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your property, mailbox, reception area, neighbors, and any designated safe-delivery location.

You should also contact the local carrier or postal service before contacting FloofRiot.

19. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate solution may include a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable remedy.

20. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or processing has started.

Customized, personalized, print-on-demand, or specially sourced products may become non-cancellable once production or procurement begins.

Do not return a product directly to a supplier, warehouse, or address printed on the parcel unless FloofRiot has specifically instructed you to do so.

22. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing similar mandatory withdrawal rights, you may have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible distance-sale purchase within the applicable statutory period.

For many EU purchases, this period is generally 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legally recognized exceptions.

FloofRiot may use third-party services including WooCommerce, PayPal, CJdropshipping, logistics carriers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and fraud-prevention services.
